This site is sometimes just too demanding !

General

This site's purpose is to publish all known facts of Rock-ola jukeboxes and related issues.
So, if you have any materials available, please mail me ! Also if you own a Rock-ola, I will list your E-mail address for free!
Please notice that I'm not into selling or buying any jukeboxes or parts

30's,40's,50's,60's,70's,80's
All info is listed per decade, while there, just click on the model of your choice to find all facts known listed

Special thanks

Since I'm not so technical myself, some people had to help me , special thanks to (in alphabetic order):

Frank Adams - Book "Rock-ola jukeboxes",

Richard M. Bueschel
-  Article "David Rockola and the Rock-Ola",

Terry Cumming
- Article "Pinball and WW II"

Tom DeCillis
of TomsZone, for courtesy of using his serial number information, just mail your serial numbers to help his research !

Ed Glapinski
of the Rock-ola Manufacturing Company,

Dr Jukebox (Jens A. Hultgren), for his enormous knowledge of jukeboxes

René Lengemann of Jukeman's Jukebox Manuals who works closely together with this site and has build up a huge library of manuals, brochures and other jukebox related material (and not only Rock-ola!)

Nimko Lodewijk
of the Original Jukebox Company - for showing me the mechanism of wallboxes and steppers

Ger Rosendahl
(his book "Jukebox Heaven" is an absolute must!),

Vern Tisdale
- for courtesy of using his schematics

Prices listed

Prices listed are always
grade 1 prices
, i.e. for very good to mint objects, clean inside, no wear and tear and working perfectly. It might have been restored, but it looks like a factory machine.

When in condition:
grade 2 -
shows some signs of use, but is clean and works all the time: deduct app. 40% from grade 1 price

grade 3 - cabinet needs some work on the outside, chrome is in fair shape, dome glass in tact, a part of the play cycle works, all major parts are there: deduct app. 70% from grade 1 price

Please notice this is a rough indication !

And of course, to all the others I did not call by name:

for correcting errors,
sending in photo's of their jukes, coin-ops etc., reminding me about nice sites, auctions on eBay,
discussions about tiny details,
and so forth . . .

Without your continious help  this site would have simply stopped growing, so:

Thanks to you all!
