February 2001 I got in contact with Hermann Peters
from Münich, Germany, who sent me a bunch
of photo's of his great 437 Ultra.
Just before that I had acquired some brochures
from Rene Lengemann, one of
them being the fold out of the 437 model.
This provided me enough material to arrange this "in
depth tour of the 437 Ultra Jukebox".
First we take a look at the selector panel:

When having opened the main dome you'll see that
everything can be accessed very easily:
|

After opening the main dome you'll find the key
switches and album pricing kit under the selector panel at eye
height, for easier access:

At the right you'll find the slug rejector mechanism
to count and classify the money thrown in the coin deposit.
The credits will be registered on the credit unit
box (below):

When opening the box the circuit board flips down
to a horizontal position, making it easier to trace it's functioning
while the jukebox is in full operation.
|

The credit unit is located just at the right of the amplifier box. As
you can see both boxes can be accessed very easily, for stand-up maintenance:

Another look at the interior -
the selector unit, turntable and record magazine:
 |
Selections, coming from the selector panel, are
registered at the selector unit (right):
When reaching the selection
the unit will stop and the record will be picked from the magazine,
to be put on the turntable.
Just beneath the turntable the "record
playing indicator" can be found, the record number can be seen
through the hole in the turntable cover:
