Ger Rosendahl has done hundreds of restorations over the last two decades.

Together with Luc Wildschut he issued a book called "Jukebox Heaven". This contains all jukes produced until 1962, with a very good discription of the history of the big four.

It's the best jukebox reference guide available. There are still english versions available.
